Pedestrian and Bicycle Path

These pathways are brilliant! The Cims on the path react as expected and the direction changes like one way roads as well. Fantastic addition to the pathways! thumbs up.
ratpit 22 Eyl 2024 @ 3:01
Could you upload a version with the lights on the side of the path? This version limits the custom assets I can use with network skins.
MysticFist DGS 31 Mar 2024 @ 4:22
It appears in my content manager but for some reason it doesn;t seems to work. I don't see the options to make pedestrian and bycicle roads. It is weird it does not even appear in my mods list while it is in the list of steam workshop ingame
Øuantum3 24 Tem 2023 @ 15:00
Oh this is genius.
PsychaCola 2 Tem 2023 @ 13:23
@BicyclingHippie Network Anarchy mod should allow you to cause the terrain to follow the road and give you a smooth path.
BicyclingHippie 21 Kas 2022 @ 19:19
This is great. I just wished it didn't conform to the terrain. Watching the trail users travel at 45-degree angles sideways kind of ruins the realism aspect.
danielsjohan 17 Kas 2022 @ 4:55
I hardly use any other pedestrian/bicycle paths any more, this is just perfect for every city!
the.creed 26 Eyl 2022 @ 7:46
For some reason this is no longer appearing in mine, any common reasons why or mod conflicts that would prevent me even seeing this?
Blazing Dragon 20 Eyl 2022 @ 23:05
I love this one. It is nice and simple, yet beautiful.
And the sims seem to love them, too.
They use it a lot, even for quite long distances.
Just wish it would get an update for winter maps.
cdombroski 7 Tem 2022 @ 10:28
@skregerson @rene That decal is unavailable on winter maps.
LemonT 4 May 2022 @ 9:37
@LowElves
You can use this if you want bike paths on the outside & ped in the middle

I cant use Network Skins to change the color of this path :/ Anyone can help?
rene 31 Ara 2021 @ 13:31
When using a Snowfall map I'm also getting the following message in Loading Screen Mod: "Bike Middle" is missing.
skregerson 19 Ara 2021 @ 3:37
Hello, since a few weeks I get the following message in Loading Screen Mod: "Bike Middle" is missing. This missing asset belongs to your path. Do you have any suggestion?
jayprock 27 Ağu 2021 @ 9:47
@EstoTJ, do you have the After Dark DLC? Won't work without.
Esto Loco 31 Tem 2021 @ 15:51
where can I find these? I can not find it where the streets are.
LowElves 18 Haz 2021 @ 5:21
I love this path and now use it exclusively. I have noticed that you need to lay it in one direction, otherwise the the people/bikes have to switchover. If I could make a suggestion for any future updates, it would be great if the bike lanes were on the outside in each direction, with pedestrians in the centre. that way, it could be built in any direction.
GrumpyZade 5 May 2021 @ 8:58
I'd love to throw in trees as an option as well. Can leave them off like clus does on some of his roads and then use the mod(don't remember the name)to change it to whatever tree you want:steamhappy:
CK Dexterhaven 5 May 2021 @ 8:48
Do you have a tipjar/paypal/patreon we could donate to to help make that happen?
[YDK]Syphon 27 Nis 2021 @ 5:57
@ovvldc, I second that, great idea.
ovvldc 22 Mar 2021 @ 2:44
I love this path, I use it almost everywhere and they take so much load off my roads. One request: is it possible get the bike part of this path in vanilla green? So with two colours instead of just cement grey? Just a visual thing, in terms of functionality this is perfect.
ferrenberg 6 Şub 2021 @ 14:08
low usage or not, i've been using this asset for years now. cims absolutely love it and use it in bunches
markthered 30 Oca 2021 @ 13:31
Will there be an ability to have a high usage version?
userphan 9 Kas 2020 @ 11:22
Is this the one Seniac is using?
Antisoda 23 Eki 2020 @ 7:48
LoadingScreenMod is reporting Bike Middle as missing, possibly DLC or mod content.

A must have mod for me. Works perfectly, is frequently used by bikers and pedestrians. No vehicles can use it, no zoning.
snowflitzer 14 Tem 2020 @ 0:22
it says Bike Middle is missing from this
Force 18 Haz 2020 @ 18:57
The is *the best* path for making a walkable/bikeable city. I use them everywhere and have no problems. Ignore the part about it being low usage!
CoolantCorrie 12 May 2020 @ 10:13
"for mixed but low usage"? It's also great for high volume. I've taken to making a foot/cycle network throughout the _entire_ city, save Industry, and cims use them so much they're like a swarm - think of all that healthy exercise :-) Thanks!
[MAZA] Dr.Tesla 24 Nis 2020 @ 19:28
this doesn't work in snow maps :/ i get error bike middle missing on loading screen and the path is nowhere to be found to use it. I love it on regular maps, is there any way to get it working in snow maps too?
Sol 15 Nis 2020 @ 5:21
This is my favorite pedestrian path, and is my most used one. I use this instead of proper Park Life paths and Campus paths. This is about as perfect as it gets. I've never resorted to the one-way version. I am open to it, but I haven't yet. This is the best path ever.

This is the one true path. It shouldn't be a an asset, it should be a vanilla in-game thing.
shadowz 27 Mar 2020 @ 23:03
@kimlfb7 right clicking it should change the direction, just like any other asymmetrical road
