The game will place it and as your city grows, the game will replace this asset with higher level asset automatically. I am sure glad you like it.

No, wasn't expecting anything about the asset really, just a little help as to why i could not place it. I am new to modding on cities skylines so i apologise if my comment lacks clarity.
After some digging i found out that the RICO mod is needed to place this asset. Now that i have figured this out i LOVE how this asset looks in my little farming town! 10/10
