The gravity on the Moon is about the sixth of that on Earth. So basically phys_gravity_z -100 should do the trick.

It is not possible to do that with this addon since these commands only change props' gravitation, but not make it able to "suck" everything into certain point.

Unfortunately no, but you can try to play with the values to achieve something that resembles a black hole.

Setting all values to 0 will totaly disable gravity. Kind of like space (in space there are planets and other things that pull objects towards them).
