@notepad.exe: I’ve done several tests and I can’t see the problem.
This problem existed on the old vesrsion. You must unsubscribe the asset, restart the game and subscribe again the asset.

Do you have any buildings on Workshop that do not use RICO? I've finally accepted that I cannot use it. But I'd like to have some beautiful residential buildings on my gamesave.

The asset was built as "Building, Unique Building" and thus cannot be used as type of house...
you must use Rico Mode if you want to use it like home

Building is great :) but you can try to fix lod building color is too saturated and you can fix in main building smoothing group thx. Best regards :)
