multiple people saying it breaks reaper's shadow. I just tested it and the mod does exactly what it says and reaper's shadow is working normally for me.

I found out how to disable the "Lightning Strike" resistance order since it's kinda useless with this mod. Go to your game files and set the strength of [ResCard_LightningStrike X2StrategyCardTemplate] to 99 in DefaultGameData.ini

FOR ANYONE WONDERING IF THIS WORKS WITH LWOTC

It does - but only for the vanilla mission types. The “Jailbreak” and “Smash n grab” mission types added by LWotC are not affected by this mod.

You should be able to manually patch this yourself following the instructions in this thread, shouldn’t be difficult - https://www.reddit.com/r/LWotC/comments/f9wznx/why_simple_true_concealment_should_work/

If it's not too much to ask could you add an option to disable the "Lightning Strike" resistance order? It's pretty useless since you don't need the extra mobility while in concealment with this mod.

If anyone is still wondering - I have just tested this mod with a freshly started Long War Of The Chosen Campaign and it works wonderfully.
Timer on missions does not start until the squad breaks concealment - affter you are revealed, the countdown starts on the following turn after you are revealed.

Additionally works fine with other mods that adjust timers, to give you more breathing room on missions.

another kill the commander mission just worked. and i did not have another psi transmitter mission since. i gues it is probably another mod but i couldnt finde the culprint from mod descriptions. i bet it is another mod(i use to many). and because it seems to work now i will just take it as more difficult missions. sorry that i came whining about it. was salty because different reasons and came to complain. Thanks for the mod and have a great weakend.

it just randomly stopped working for some misions. but i get the reduced timers. that is not a good combo, anyone an idea why? it was once a cill a bug commadner and one psi transmitter.

Btw, this mod does not disable the "Stealth Insertion" SITREP, which is also redundant with this mod active. Not sure if this is simply because SITREPs were introduced after this mod was last updated in 2017 or what.

@ONeil I cleared my config files from the My Games folder and it still has the same problem. I just started a prisoner rescue mission in stealth, passed the turn, and the timer went down

Does this mod factor in everyone in your squad? Since logically if one person break concealment, the countdown should start.
But it doesn't start until everyone break concealment on my game...so I bring the Reaper along and got infinite time...until she got spoted ofc.

Can anyone explain why this mod changes the number of turns on each mission type? I get why Destroy Psi Transmitter has been changed - that's explained above - but I see no reason to change the other timers and no reason is given in the mod description. I know how to edit the INI files to undo the changes, I'm just trying to understand why the changes were made in the first place.
