The spawnlist is also available as a separate pack to download in the description if it's not showing up in game. Follow the tutorial it should give you an idea how to set it up.

Currently I don't have plans at the moment, but it's not off the table exactly as well. My tools I used to create these props has become obsolete and no longer work properly unfortunately.

By "Playlist" you mean a collection? That's fine.

You may need to unsubscribe, use "menu_cleanupgmas" in the in-game terminal to delete the "bad" files. then resubscribe. this trick is for any addon. who knows, It may fix other problems too!

That seems rather strange. It's possible it's just your game acting up, something is stopping textures from animating.
