So, not only have you given us a mod to exchange dragon souls for other various nifty things, but you've ALSO made it look smooth and awesome as hell. You, sir, are a fantastic modder!

So, I invested a bunch of souls into my fists, but now whenever I brawl with somebody, they immediately draw their weapons. I don't know if the super damage of this mod triggers this bug, but it'd be nice to sort that out. Also, I have a grand idea of including an option to redeem dragon souls into gold! Like... gold septims. Money. Just in case you've maxed out everything or are in desperate need for cash.

Hey, do you ever plan on making the shout power affect more than just the fire breath and frost breath shouts? I see mods powering those all the time but honestly I never liked them that much.
one of the best feelign s I get from this incredible mod of yours is feeling like I am powering myself up as dragon born, especially while miirak is taking the occasional soul for his recovery X3 and i'm just there becoming a more powerful dragonborn
but i feel powerign your shouts is the most important part of that. but jsut more damage to fire & frost seems a bit underwhelming.

There are all sorts of othe things it could do, like more powerful & damaging unrelenting force, longer and more effective time slow, all kinds of things. bbut they could be included separately as plugins so people don't get clashes with other mods.

I dunno, just an idea, cus something I would like to see I guess.

Didn't work for me. Found the dragon stone, which said to press E to activate, but after going into 3rd person view for a moment, it went back to the start. No interface menu appeared and no animations played.

I can't find the dragon stone...

This isn't appearing in data files for me, so I can't activate it...

This is amazing; the only way to get everything is to literally live in the game. However, the only complaint i have from reading the description is that 1 soul should equal 1 perk. Otherwise, it is very well done. Hope they are no bugs.

Wow you just killed my old mod that I have been using. It is way more immersive. A note to Immersion Modders, part of immersion is created by the demands of accomplishment. This has a good margin required of the player and works because it balances out with the lure of more options, which the other mod lacked. Thanks for the mod. Now we only need some way of highlighting the release of dragon souls instead of immortal death. Perhaps a Questline could be unlocked, revolving around dragons who return and ask of the Dragonborn why he allowed them to live.

every time i activate the stone my guy sits down then stands up and i cant mov efor about 10 seconds then no options menu can soe one help me out

Excelent little mod. Adds a whole new layer to character progression in a balanced and lore-friendly way. The animation is great. The menu keeps track of all spent souls and gained bonuses. The stone looks like it has always been there.

One thing I'd like to see improved though, as many others pointed out, Shout Power bonus should affect more than just 2 shouts. Otherwise, it's perfect.

is this saved game compatable?

you should add more shouts to the shout power list. Instead of just fire/frost. for example have slow time work for longer,or unrelenting force have greater magnutide. It should increase the power off all shouts. otherwise great idea love the mod

This mod is amazing. I love the animation and I love even more how lore-friendly it is. I'm so glad I can use souls to reduce shout regen time, I rarely use anything else than Unrelenting Force, so unlocking more shouts that I won't use is pretty much useless.

Greybeard getting down in that video! lol I was rolling. I have yet to test this mod for myself but I am pretty excited to see more mods for High hrothgar.

Love the lore freindly implementation as one thing that killed me was that bethesda didn't give you anyting to do with the dragons souls besides unlocking shouts.

I have been using the dragon stone to increase perk points tobuild up a character. However, I just found there is a 100 perk point limit. Is there a way to bypass this so you can keep buying perk points for dragon soulds?

@TrueWolves The variables he's using are independant of the normal level up system. You get 500 in each from the mod alone.

A question with the mod's bonuses to Health/Magicka/Stamina, is it 500 from the souls themselves, or including normal leveling up?

Only fire and frost shouts. I'd make it affect more shouts but it is not possible without modifying the shouts themselves which then would cause compatibility issues with other mods that modify shouts.

Is it only Fire and Frost Breath that increase in power, or will Storm Call also be affected?

Thanks Alek. I found out a mod I had just finished was the culprit. Jurgholm dungeon. Once I completed it I loaded your mod so I couldn't tell which was the problem. All good now. Thanks for script info - not something i've messed with before.

Negative armor could mean that buggy mod modified that via script. Unequip all armor and type in console (player.getavinfo damageresist), all should be at 0. If modifier value is negative you can tweak it with (player.modav damageresist #). Set base value with (player.setav damageresist #). If it is temp value negative then you cant fix it via console. Also check your active effect list for negative effects and you can dispel them with (dispelallspells).

Hello again Alek - disregard last comment I just double checked in the game and found out that somehow my armor rating is at -1903 !!! Yeah a negative #. Not sure how this happened. Going to do some research.

Hey Alek what a great idea for a mod as I like to go around the map and kill all the dragons every few game days! One thing i've noticed though is suddenly all my enemies are hitting for much higher damage. A bandit actually killed me with 2 hits! Would have been almost impossible before even with the low health I had. My stats Level 55, health 280 (now 380 using dragon souls). Is there a level advancement for enemies half-way through level 55 that you know of? Wondering if that might have something to do with it. Thanks!

@pigtailsboy: Activate the stone to see the bonuses you invested in shout recovery. Remove all shout recovery gear. Type in console (player.getavinfo shoutrecoverymult) and modifier value shoud show current rate multiplier which should equal the percentage bonus from dragon souls you invested. You can stop the mod's quest and shoutrecoverymult value should be equal zero. Tweak it with (player.modav shoutrecoverymult #) if some other mod changed it or something went wrong.

Last comment. Attempted to unbalance the recovery rate in console successful. Not sure if fixed but was able to rapidly change shouts and interweave them. Prior to settings changes and upgrade no previous upgrade was notable. If I hadn't gotten into a major battle I might not have noticed the problem. Going to call it a bug. Would like to discuss it with you, Alek if you have the time.

Mod reinstalled. Currently dragon stone is present but can not be interacted with regardless of presence of interaction prompt. Restarted game and then reloaded a previous save much earlier. Previous save had a shout recovery time of 40%. Use of any and all shouts shows to have the full cooldown time with or without amulet of talos I think. It's as if that part of the mod has completely stopped working.

As a foot note I've been using this mod for weeks now without fault and have invested some time between it's inclusion and now when it has failed to work properly. I don't think the shout mechanic is a very viable or useful feature, unmodded and have only taken to using shouts on a regular basis since installing the mod. If I can't get it working alone I'd apreciate some help in getting it running again. I would not have uninstalled it had I know it was impossible to use it afterwards.

it seems that at some point the mod stopped functioning properly and the shout cool down modifer stopped working. If that's the only thing that's not working I don't know. I'll be loading a previous save in a moment to test if there's any lacking functionality. If so I'll try to contact directly with the bug.
