It could be part of a larger mod that includes it. Either way, it is out of scope for this mod and I'm done modding for now.

I placed them in the exact same way as in the Outpost itself. Perhaps it matters in which order I palce them, or I need to restart the game, or reload the planet.

I experimented with the EASEL booth and stand and found that the component with the Hylotl will not not work without the booth. Aside from that it worked just fine for me.

@surn_thing @Gem in Eye: Hey I'm the guy who made portable outpost, just saying I'm fine with this mod existing as it adds the full size versions (in case people want that). It is still different to mine which allows for smaller versions which I find fit better in bases. Btw I am just testing an update that will be compatible with all mod items added and that should be out soon.

I like this one better, as it's multiplayer compatible, and is also compatible with mods that add things to the shops, unlike Portable Outpost's shops.
