if you have the model manipluator, you can use it as a player model that way. it walks and functions just like a normal player model would.

Someone should really make a weapons pack for Scarecrow (Jonathan Crane), that includes His fear gas needle finger gauntlet, his fear gas sprayer (Inspiration from Scarecrow Fear Gas manufactuary factory scene from Batman Begins), Fear Gas Canisters (To throw) His Violet dancing (His fighting style, with punching, spinning, spinning kicking, and different types), a sickle, sythe, and pitchfork.
