The mesh co-ordinates are all above 0 on the z-axis. You could sink it with one of the prop mods, but the actual ground would clip into it.
Sorry man. It was intended to fit alongside the other pieces at their height, or with the included park. If you're getting bad seams when you place it, I'll have look at and see if anything can be done.
Now i can build a big park and bring the x games to my city. Also i appreciate your way to make this perfect and with a high lvl of quality. Nice done and soon i want crate an awesome skate park with this. Again thx and keep it up!

@alborzka - I could, sure. It's just the one guy for now with four in-game colour variants. Do you need them for any specific purpose, i.e. size/texture/colour?
Also, if I do a separate retexture later on, I'll grab the vanilla skatepark asset and see if I can match things up with it.
