Malice:
Signal of Fright (Malice) now only works on empires who have -75 opinion or less, and reduced range from 350 to 250. Can no longer add new Signal of Frights to empires who you have a truce with, nor friendly, cordinal, loyal, protective, or guaranteeing, dismissive and patronizing to the user of the edict.

Aspiration:
Slightly moved around the order of tradition requirements, and tweaked a few values.

Benevolence/Affinity:
Renamed to Affinity, thanks to Arakhor
