Fixed Paradox's stupid bug where synths get -10 happiness for being automatically forbidden to reproduce. Which they can't anyway.

It feels ike watching Life Of Brian all over again ;)

Made it work with 1.8, and did a few changes in the process.

Activating assimilation should now make your planets a LOT less attractive for immigration. There's a reason you had to be either crazy or Janeway -- but I repeat myself -- to go into borg territory.

Still not impossible to overcome, though. The things people will do for a green card and a free "My dad tracked the Borg fleet and all I got were these lousy implants" t-shirt ;)

Added an option to BE the AI crisis. If you play a fanatic purifier robot (e.g., Skynet,) you get asked exactly once if you want to. Gives you all techs, and makes you permanently hostile to everything and everyone in the galaxy and their little dog.

Not all that much fun, IMHO, but you can say no.

- changed the default starting planet to "ai planet" (basically a borg kinda planet) so spiritual fallen empires don't get butthurt about it

- copied the strings to all localization files. Still in english, but at least there should be no broken texts

- homeworld now correctly set in the start event (shouldn't affect anything, though)

- fallen empires will NEVER send you any demands; It's the only way to prevent them from coming up with demands like you outlaw AI, or you abandon your home planet.

(requires new start)
