- "CR sign" emissive glow minor improvment
- in game building menu thumbnail adjustement (size and orient)

- Totally remade the textures: diffuse / specular / illumination / bumpmap
(it's far from perfect but well i m rusted with many softwares, i might do a few re-improvement slighty later on, anyway it's better than the previous ones)

- Added a neon glow to the CR sign

- Raised the noise pollution 100 / 100 to be more balanced (i mean not totally heretic ^^) in regards of the regular station ( 115 / 150 , noise / radius) & while still lowered

slighty modified (small enlarge) the "railway platforms" 3dmodel to make a better compromise with pedestrian AI, both road and station side

it's possible with this update, and due to the 3dmodel adjustement and reimport, that you'll have to re-plop the station.

(sorry, if it's the case, but well the pedestrian ai littl' aesthetics compromise* thingy worth it imho ^^)

Still road side a few of them very rarely walk partially overlaping the railways platforms ; and railway platforms side very rarely a few of them still sometime walk with one step partially in the void, but that a vanilla pathfinding ai behaviour related both to train station stop track & the amount of pedestrian walking at the same time mostly and i can't do anithing about that, so i mostly readjusted the platforms width to fit at best both configuration and reduce overlapping and walking in the void occurence.
