Fixed the ship bug, also resprited the ship. So beware, It may mess up your ship
Slightly resprited the draconis race, the wings don't look nearly as weird, the tail has tail physics.

Added the new ... tag in teleporter. All races have access to it. Note, it may be still buggy.
Added some weapons and armor pieces.
Added NPCs and dialogue. Although, I'm unsure if all of them will show up.
