• The Xenophobe Frontier Adaptation Office is now unlocked by tech after terraforming is researched instead of through the nearly useless diplomacy tree. Xenophobes will still not get the visitor center but will instead get a +2/+4 Unity bonus to the frontier build tree once it's been adapted.
  
• Hive and Machine Unique Buildings for the Stellar Ports Authority and Home Territory Office (general technologies), same requirements and output just new text and Icons.
  
• New Icons for the Militarist Wargames complex and Warlink Colosseum.
  
• New Betharian Power Plant Icon
  
• Cleaned up Machine control center requirements. Shouldn't have to rebuild if you capture a ME/Terminator one as a Servitor/assimilator or vice versa.
  
• Did a pass on all ethos techs adding potential conditions and dropping the factor reduction. Functionally the same just a bit neater code wise, will also limit the give all technologies command by ethos instead of getting all eutab techs.

There could be a few other smaller output changes I've missed as I sat on this patch for a while as exNihils been keeping me busy with new CGM Icons.

All patches are updated, but keep in mind CGM is still being sorted for 2.1 so you may run into odd issues there. If there are problems with Eutab buildings in that patch please post in the patch's page.
