2.0.1 Update:
There was alot of rebalancing here, Still have a few more changes but there's more potential for things to go wrong so I'm just leaving a list of what was changed, all the details are in the images above.
  • Fixed - Broken building upgrades
  • General - Foundation now also produces 5/5/5 Sci Research.
  • General - Megastructure nexus now does +20% speed and -10% cost up from 15/10.
  • Hives - Builder Broods give +33% starbase upgrade speed.
  • Hives - Understanding the other also gives +5% Research.
  • Shared Tech - Armed Neutrality is now Establish the Merchant Marine +30% Corvette Build Speed, -20% Corvette Build Cost.
  • Authoritarian - Protecting from agression is now a campaign (-1000 Energy cost).
  • Authoritarian - National romance also gives +5% pop growth.
  • Authoritarian - Consolidate power gives +1 ruler skill levels and +10 leader life instead of a bigger leader pool and more faction influence to share power with.
  • Authoritarian - Not in the images but gods and masters actually gives -15% claim cost not -25%.
  • Egalitarian - Building better worlds is now +5% hab and -5% terra cost.
  • Egalitarian - Promote Mercantilism now unlocks an edict which also increases xenophobia for the duration.
  • Egalitarian - Establish Spheres of Influence now reduces Defence Platform build cost and upkeep by 20%.
  • Xenophile - Foreign Specialists now reduces starbase upkeep by 15%, instead of reduced influence cost.
  • Xenophobe - Purifiers and Inward Perfectionists can now unlock the frontier adaptation office through a tech option after unlocking terraforming.
  • Xenophobe - Xeno Intel Vigilance also grants +3 defence platform capability.
  • Xenophobe - Terraforming viruses also reduces blocker clearance cost by -20%.
  • Militarist - Xeno Rations now increase food by 10% and reduce pop food consumption by -15%.
  • Militarist - Stellar Citadels, +20% Starbase hull, +15% Platform Damage, -10% Platform Cost
  • Militarist - Marshal against the unknown, Naval cap bonus was dropped from 40 to 30.
  • Militarist - Innate Command Hierachy, Gov ethics bonus was dropped Admirals and Generals are -33% cheaper to hire.
  • Pacifist - Failsafe Alert protocol - +1 Sensor range, -25% Defence Platform Upkeep
  • Pacifist - Deterance Theory - +15% Starbase hull, +20% Starbase Damage, +3 Defence Platforms
  • Spiritualists - One true faith has been renamed Defenders of the Faith (not in images), and now provides +30% Defence army damage, +10% Fire rate within own borders.
  • Spiritualists - Holy pioneers had Colony development speed bumped from 20% to 33%

PATCHED FOR 2.0 (BETA)
There were way too many changes to track but everything currently in the mod is in the images above. Very broadly though.
2.0.0 Update:
  • 75% of fanatic techs are in and complete. Each fanatic gets two techs for each of the three exclusive ascension paths. These Techs are more powerful (usually) than the others and should fill any gaps created by not going broad, details above.
  • Machine empires have 2 new general techs related to armies, 2 new repeatable techs related to pop building.
  • ALOT of changes to modifiers, many were dropped a few added I'll run through them again after I get a chance to play a game or two.
  • All edicts have been reworked for the new cost system.
  • New Icons for Bureau of Moral Codes and Xeno Submission Institute.
