Synthetic NI "purge organics" is now faster
NI ship modules are no longer reverse engineerable
passive ship modlues had their bonus stats reworked:
-void beam: reduced range, tracking and shield damage
-synth NI
--shields: increased shield hp by 20%

--armors: removed hp and repair, added 10% armor
--shields: added armor
