If you used the original before this one. Everything worked fine. If you skipped the original and went for this version first. It would not work. Aparently I messed up originally, but because both mods access the same resources in the cache or something it was not a problem. This is now fixed. I only noticed myself after playing the game with mods on a different computer...

Initial upload.

- Mod skips any assets that already have an icon
- Dark-blue focus fix is not applied anymore on existing icons
- Missing icons are still replaced by workshop previews
- Added a bunch of debug messages that might clutter the debug panel
