Girder tiling revision.

The Titanium tiles are now all paintable with the Matter Manipulator. Will work my way up the other tiles as time allows. :)

Added a new set of tiles named Solaris, made from a combination of Solarium Stars and Gold Bars. The Solaris Panels can in turn be made into matching greeble objects.

Revised the wave panels a little more, so they look less like girders themselves now.

Fix for wrong inventory icon for wave girders.
Changed wave panels so they have left/right ending pieces.

Renamed greeble objects so they list alphabetically together by style on crafting tables.
