RS VERSION 2.0.0

Updated to Stellaris v2.0.0 (Cherryh).

Changelog:
  • New thruster & reactor component files so RS ships will be able to use these components
  • New auxiliary reactors for BC, DN (both up to cold fusion), & HDN (up to antimatter) to compensate for power deficiency in current vanilla SPS mod rip-off approach (I hope folk got credited for his original SPS mod idea)
  • New techs for DN & HDN related to build speed & hull improvements
  • Adjusted DN & HDN ship stats to match with the new BS and TN ship stats (feedback welcome)
  • Adjusted SC & EAC auras to be half of Titan auras in both direct modifier effect and aura range
  • Removed tech requirements for SC and EA secondary aura slots (may be revisited in the future)
  • Updated ship sizes files to v2.0 spec
  • Updated ship sections to match v2.0 spec (auxiliaries moved to stern, etc.)
  • Updated UI components (ship icon spacing, ship viewer) to v2.0 spec
  • Updated computer components to v2.0 spec
  • Updated a lot of other files to v2.0 spec (name lists, county types, etc.)
  • Updated localisation file to add entries for the new DN & HDN techs (localisation for other languages need to be updated by their respective authors)
  • Updated localisation file by renaming certain HDN heavy sections to reflect actual hardpoints (localisation for other languages need to be updated by their respective authors)
  • Removed spaceport module files for HDN build speed bonuses
  • General housekeeping
  • Everything else I have forgotten to list

Known Hiccups/Future Plans:
  • For some reason, aura range circles & aura effects are no longer working (code is still there)
  • May need to revisit possibility of restoring SC and EA aura techs
  • Another rebalancing pass at DNs & HDNs based on player feedback
  • Converting TItan prototypes into flagship concept
  • Consider retiring from modding
