Initial A15 release

- Non-rotatable furniture and buildings are no longer rotated with the blueprint (no more upside-down lights and tables, sorry!). Note that this may cause some issues where the relative position of non-rotatable, non-square furniture may change. Not much I can do outside of forbidding the whole blueprint to be rotated in such scenarios.
- Newly created and imported blueprints are now automatically selected.

Removed CCL dependency, moved help to description and about.xml.
Added German translation (Raccoon & Haplo both provided translations).
Bumped target version to latest RC
