Updated for 1.3.1

Normalized audio for all tracks. Let me know if you run into any issues!

Added 4 tracks from X3: Terran Conflict. More to come soon!

Edit: I also increased the volume in the USMP.asset file to 1.00 for all tracks (they were previously set to about a third to half of that). You may need to turn down the Music Volume in the options if it is too loud for you. Will be putting out a fix for this shortly.
