  • NEW SHIP CLASS: Armed Transport - A troop transport ship that can equip an automated defense system like the science cruiser. The transport's automated system is much less powerful than the science cruiser, since transports usually travel in large groups. It will be listed as a second "Transport Ship" option in the ship designer. You must delete the default transport design in order for the game to use the armed one.
  • NEW STATION: Headquarters Station - A large, powerful, and expensive station for use as your fleet headquarters and main homeworld defense. Like with Flagships, you're limited to building only one.
  • NEW BUILDING: Science & Technology Center - An advanced research center that opens up extra research options for our scientists and increases research speed empire-wide.
  • NEW SPACEPORT MODULE: Customs Office - The Customs Office provides better protection and control of your empire's borders, while slowing down migration and having a suspiciously high maintenance bill.
  • NEW SHIP TYPE: AI ships have now been added as an option in the empire designer.
  • Changed the model of the Power Station and used the previous model as the Headquarters.
  • Changed Flagship influence cost to 2 to match HQ influence cost of 2, so players can afford both.
  • Reduced build cost of the Governor's mansion by half, and it now requires maintenance of 2 energy per month.
  • Reduced build cost of the Science Cruiser by half, and lowered its research cost a bit, and made it available after Spaceport 2 instead of 3.
  • Slightly reduced cost of the power station and mining base to slightly lower their maintenance costs.
  • Fixed some bugs with old code still influencing strike craft.
  • Fixed bugs with the AI not building properly.
  • Fixed a bug with the Escort emblem not appearing.
  • Removed all Terosian Empire code from the mod. If you're using the Terosian Empire along with this mod, be sure to download all required patches to make the mods compatible.

  • Fixed a text bug with the Spaceport Hitpoints repeatable tech.
  • Attempted to fix AI compatibility with ISB Doomsday mod.
  • Governor's Mansion balance fix - Removed the resource bonuses and the growth bonus. It now produces 2 influence and gives 10% pop happiness, and its cost has been doubled.
  • Fixed some compatibility issues with the Terosian Empire mod.

  • NEW BUILDING: Governor's Mansion - A very expensive mansion for your planet's Governor. Adds some influence and other bonuses. Limit of 1 per planet.
  • NEW AURA: Science Cruiser Automated Defense System - An expensive and power hungry aura for the science cruiser that allows it to defend itself against minor enemies that come too close.
  • NEW AURA: Automated Ship Repair System - A new short-range aura that can be equipped on Battle Fortresses that can repair ships much more rapidly than standard auras.
  • NEW SHIP TYPE: Extra Dimensional (Ghost) ships are now available for use with all empires.
  • Verified initial compatibility with the ISB Standalone - Doomsday Weapons & Ships mod - Not guaranteed to be 100% bug free yet but the mods do work together without crashes as far as I can tell. (http://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=720237457)
  • Fixed a code bug where the Advanced Assembly Yards was not improving build cost and time for Escorts.
  • Fixed a bug where Strike Craft were still using code from the pre-Asimov version of the mod.
  • Made some code changes so that the 00_country_types file is no longer overwritten by the mod.
  • Removed the modifications to the Military Power number. The game will now use the default vanilla settings.

  • Added a repeatable research tech that will improve Spaceport health by 20% each time.
  • Fixed problems with Mining Base and Power Station research (hopefully).
  • Tried to fix an issue with sectors building power stations instead of military stations. (Please let me know if this is fixed, I don't use sectors in my personal games.)

Minor Bugfix Update

  • Escorts now unlock automatically when Spaceport Level 4 is researched.
  • Fixed some bugs with research on some of the new ship classes.
  • Fixed the Advanced Assembly Yard so it improves Escort build time & cost.
  • Fixed the Advanced Assembly Yard so it improves Science Cruiser build time & cost.
  • Reduced the build cost of the Science Cruiser from 5000 to 2500.

  • NEW SHIP CLASS: Escort - An improved destroyer-class ship designed to escort larger ships at higher tech levels.
  • Fixed a problem where the power station and mining base research was showing up before it was supposed to.
  • Fixed a problem with a missing name and description in the localisation file.
  • Adjusted some of the ship scaling for better realism.
  • Modified how the game calculates the Military Power Number (The "K" number) so that it makes more sense.
