Fixed HUD help not displaying when holding detonator

Made the detonator model visible in first person and bound the C4 to the detonator rather than to the owner. So you can now pick up the detonator and let the C4 explode even if you didn't planted it yourself.

-Fixed some errors which occur when using this addon in sandbox mode and made the ticking sound slightly quieter!

Fixed some bombs not exploding when multiple bombs existed
