Props now take 2 seconds to build, down from 3 Cannon: Cost: 5000 -> 6500 Turret cost: 3000 -> 4000

Cannon is now available! Base props now take 3 seconds to fully build Mortar: Explosion radius: 70 -> 30 Damage: 30 -> 75 Shell trayectory heavily lowered Contraption Assemblers: Pressing E on them twice will now spawn the last selected contraption for that assembler Marine: Speed: 100 -> 90 Medic: Speed: 100 -> 90

Prevented contraption props from having RenderFXs

Solar panel:
Production: 1 / 2.5s -> 1 / 2s
Efficiency now depends on actually visible sky above the panel

Steam generator:
Production: 5w=20e -> 10w=20e

Nuclear plant:
Production: 20w=100e -> 25w=100e

Fixed every energy producing building's description to show its actual production, they were all outdated

Fixed 'tool' lua error
Capturable entities no longer sink into the ground when duplicated (But they do start a bit into the ground. It looks acceptable tho)
Units are no longer spawnable on capturable entities
Contraption parts no longer capture points
Contraption parts no longer spawnable on the floor
Halved the cost and health of all base props
Added "Wooden Fence" and "Blast Door" to the base props

Marine:
Spawn time: 2 -> 3

Turret:
Spread: 30 -> 20
Cost: 500 -> 400

Hot Shot:
Cost: 1500 -> 1200
Now fires from a higher position

Sniper:
Cost: 800
Turret cost: 350
Spawn time: 5 -> 8
Power: 3 -> 2
Now fires from a higher position

Missiles:
Cost: 600 -> 500
Spawn time: 4 -> 5
Power: 3 -> 2

Mortar:
Turret cost: 750 -> 1500

Removed the cannon until further testing and bug fixing

Added a building that might or might not completely break the game in large maps

Wheels: hp: 200 -> 250 speed: 500 -> 600 Fixed wheels getting welded to the contraption and not working properly Contraption Assembler: power: 0 -> 1 build time was mistakenly cost/1000 instead of cost/100 build time: cost/1000 -> cost/25 Overclockers are now 100% more effective on contraption assemblers The cost of contraptions now takes into account the squared distance of each entity to the center, making big contraptions costly even if they use a few cheap props Changed the power of Propellers, Hovers, Wheels, Engines and Large engines to actually be 0
