Fixes:
Fixed bug where pipe climb animations not playing properly.
Fixed head turn glitch in multiplayer.
Fixed climb logic.
Fixed angle clamp then holding on a pipe/wall.

New features:
Pole rot - allows you to catch pole and rotate around it.
Climb upgrade - now allows you to climb on moving props!
