- Ph.D PUCs speed boost reduced from 30% to 20% as PUCs in vanilla have had their walking speed buffed (They forgot to mention this in patch notes lol).

- Patched budgeting giving 90% discount instead of 15%, whoops. Must of left that in from testing.

- Quick patch for missing affliction for "Self Care" talent, forgot to port over.
