Better sound processing. Effects should no longer feel muffled and surround sound now works properly when an effect is active.

Added cheap modes which can be activated using ere_cheap_mode. Use it if your hardware is struggling. Mode 1 removes some diagonal traces, while mode 2 uses only up and down traces. Be warned, spatial accuracy takes a huge hit in mode 2.
