Small pre-playtest fixes.

Small fixes

New mid and B hostage, upper is no longer wallbangable.

Adjusted the T spawn snow.

Fixed radar not displaying the correct version.

Deleted extra spawns outside the buyzones.

reworked the T hostage area in the hotel.

fixed various clipping issues, thanks to TheZartex for pointing them out on stream.
