A postmortem-motivated addendum for the glows.

- Removed the custom glow as I now have a consistent way to invoke the default glows, cheers!

I've chose a different implementation approach, which does the following:
- Fixed bots, and only bots, somehow depleting the ammopack.
- Increased resilience in interscript interactions, allowing more fond reactions with the E3-styled Upgrades.
