Fixes

  • All original map geometry is back, with models
  • All original textures back
  • Improved lighting
  • Added map radar
  • Map file size is now 1/10th its last version

Issues

  • Still some cubemap blending issues but much better
  • Geometry oddities still in some spots. (Shouldn't affect gameplay)
  • Soundscapes and sound events not working

Going forward I will be making more updates more often.

- Fixed lighting that was overly dark and causing some terrible shadow patterns
- All materials, models, and other assets are packed into the vpk

- Bumping the lighting had a bit of an affect on cubemaps being noticeable. (CT Spawn, B Site, I'll fix these soon just wanted to have a working file in the workshop)
- There are some more leaks I need to tackle and fix but map should be just fine and playable.

Geometry:
- Mid-connector window pixel gaps at cieling along with wall towards B/CT spawn
- CT Spawn blue metal railing gap along buildings.
- B bombsite skybox displacement redone and fixed
- T mid connector grass displacement fixed as well
- Metal fences along map have been fixed (hope i didn't miss one)

Audio:
- Brought back old sounds from the 1.6 map still playing a bit with radius and the new DSP used in CS2.
- crickets currently disabled can't stop it from looping

Visual:
- Upscaled all texture images in batch (text on doors may be wonky)
- Created a post process for the map to better match the visual feel of original
- More lighting improvements indoors due to post process filter and light value fixes.

Fixes:
- Pixel gaps all around the map allowing light bleed
- Lighting and Vis improvements for better clarity all around map
- Meshwork realignment in multiple areas
- Entity conversion from 1.6 -> Source1 -> Source2

Changes:
- All textures now have normal maps for better clarity
- A-Site and Mid Connector windows texture updated for less visual noise
