Some prop and mesh colours have been changed to the correct RBG values
-wires
-spawn building

Updated clipping
-Outside of the 1st floor to avoid get stuck when crouch jumping
-Sink can now be jumped on
-Fire Hydrants can also be jumped on

Fences decals added

Out of bounds prop lighting fixed
