- Fixed problem where forklifts create is non solid

- Fixed unresolved issues with wallbanging the creates
- Fixed unresolved issues with not being able to boost on to the small creates in each spawn
- Added forklift to each spawn as there were in the older vertion of Aim_deagle7k

- Adjusted lighting
- Made the small boxes in each spawn smaller so its posible to jump on them
- fixed walbanging through boxes
