Decreased "Jog" speed, 100 > 85

Don't use traces for footstep detection.
Increase footstep sound volume

Add jog traitor button
Supercop spawns with a traitor trap attached to him, for 2 credits you can make him jog.

Supercop now starts out with a smaller "Equip revolver" distance

Supercop's footsteps should now always be in-sync.

Don't save navmesh when bot is removed
Stops navpatcher mistakes from accumulating.

Supercop turns faster when holding his beat'n stick.

All supercops are now immune to toolgun/physgun
Supercop will not holster his gun if he's "really angry"

Supercop will deal significantly more damage, of type DMG_BLAST if he's "really angry".
Basically he'll shoot down helicopters, kill striders.
