-Updated to the latest MCC version

Fixes and changes:
-Added all languages support
-Added Shared maps
-Fixed not being able to kill Regret
-Reduced the mod size more than half
Known bugs:
-Plasma bullet holes for some reason have the incorrect effect (Problem happens when compile so it is unfixeable)
-Characters do not move their lips in the cutscenes of other languages

-Adjusted human turret camera
-Removed Thicc Spartans Easter Egg on the Outskirts map (Got removed by a bug in the automatization of the Mod Compiler)

-Rtas 'Vadum and Heretic leader now use their default dialogue

-Rtas 'Vadum should no loger use ranger helmet, but It will continue using ranger Armor
