Bug fix:
Fixed a bug that could have caused two “planetary engine” upgrade events.
Fixed a bug that allowed the implementation of underground city construction decision on Wandering Earth.
Fixed a bug that prevented proper event notifications after failure in the special project “planetary engine upgrade” event.

Feature modification:
Special terrain features such as underground cities and the earth engines can now be properly retained after the implementation of the “Arcology Project”.
In certain situations, the implementation of the “Arcology Project” resolution on Wandering Earth is no longer possible.

Fixed a bug that caused the removal and giving of the unique trait MOSS Assistant (Chief-specific) to be abnormal.
Fixed a bug that caused the MOSS Assistant (Ruler) to be unable to obtain national modifiers properly. A new MOSS Assistant (Ruler-specific) has been added to resolve this issue.
The existing solutions to these issues are to relocate the Chief Scientist and re-election of the Ruler.

The issue of scientists’ research speed not functioning properly has been resolved. If you do not wish to restart the game, simply assigning the scientists to a Cabinet position and then removing them from the Cabinet twice will fix the problem.
