(Hopefully) added support for Luminarium subject type. Due to difficulties in testing, it is unclear if this succeeded. Updated for 3.11 but should remain working unless PDX touches 00_agreement_term_values or 00_agreement_presets again.

Updated to v1.1 - tidied code for optimization, separated resource contribution sliders into individual resources (except research) and added unity, influence, and minor artifacts as tax or subsidy. Rewrote code walkthrough and description to match.

Tested for save game compatibility from v1.0, no errors were immediately obvious. Previously-existing non-research contributions had to be replaced by null multipliers to prevent a bug where their loyalty costs lingered.
