  • Changed ringworld's empire "precursor" trait to give +80 leader lifespawn instead of immortality and made it incompatible with enduring, venerable and fleeting traits.

4.0.7 Patch Notes

  • Fixed OE crisis spawn - they should no longer arrive before the 3 vanilla crises themselves.

  • Lost Tech Decision now costs 2k MA again, since there was no MA crunch as was predicted.

  • Original People can no longer acquire Goliath from Lost Tech menu, since they obtain it from elsewhere.

  • Original People can no longer obtain Precursor weaponry from Lost Tech menu - they won't need it.

  • Original People and Ringworld Empire gets +50% to Utopian World Situation Progress.

  • Removed Scientist killing codes from Utopian Situations as they don't work after Paragon. Replaced with killing researchers instead.

  • Utopian Situation now gives Utopian World Technology at the end rather than a tech option, as well as 100 Influence to get started on building your first Utopian world.

  • Completing a Utopian World grants unity as a reward.

  • Fallen Empires should now send warnings again.

  • Turning planets into Utopian Worlds is now quicker. It's now 3/6/15 years for Gaia, Ecu and Ringworld segments, down from 4/8/20

  • MTTH for Great Crusade Disgites have been cut from 3 years to 1 year.

  • AAO now costs unity instead of energy and influence.

  • World Architect rebalanced. Now provides +100% Terraform Speed, +100% Megastructure build speed, -50% Utopian Worlds Cost, +50% Planet Decision Enactment speed.

  • World Architect can now terraform barren or frozen planets via a planetary decision.

  • World Architect can now reconstruct shattered planets via a planetary decision (Yes, you may repair the Golden City)

  • The Golden city is now size 30, and the planets in the system are slightly more spaced out.

  • Combined duplicate Utopian World/Colony Designation. Updated loc.

  • Added Planetary Decision "Construct Utopian Resource Silo", which creates a Utopian Resource Silo on your Utopian World, permanently increasing empire resource cap.

  • RE Ancestors Archives now grants +10% Lost Tech Weapon Fire Rate.

  • Loc fixes. That should be the end of all the ? which were supposed to be '.

  • Buffed some campaigns and ambitions.

  • Reworked what modifiers certain gate technologies give.

  • Councilors gain xp during ascension situation.

  • Total Annihilation is now, ironically, no longer total war or destroy starbases. It will do so on accept or status quo to achieve the quickest purge you've ever seen.

  • Reduced max projectiles in defines to improve performance.

  • Beacon of Prosperity buffed. Now provides +25 Stability, +25% Job Production, -25% Job Upkeep, +25% Economy diplo weight.

  • Path to Fanaticism event MTTH cut to 15 years, down from 20.

  • Majorly reworked the choices available in the Ascension Situation.

  • AAO Internal Affairs has a new option called More Megastructures. You can use this to build more of the megastructure that you want.

  • Reworked Lost Empire civic debuffs to increase Empire Size significantly.

  • Reworked the DM and LT repeatables to be in smaller chunks but now also has fire rate improvements. More technologies to research, yay!

  • Removed the LT buff ambition - now you get more bonuses from repeatables.

  • Added fire rate modifiers to Lost Tech Insight, Original Weaponry Ranks and Servant of Kolyn modifiers.

  • Servants of Kolyn gains access to OE special starbase buildings.

  • AI will now better judge which Ascension situation approach to use depending on their economy and various other factors.

  • Added the Kraken and KartoffelChips preset.

  • LT Fortress now required before the OE building event is spawned.

  • Original People Beacon can now summon both types of Titans.

  • Improved Original Empire graphical culture, city set, and throne room. Thanks Savitar!

  • Updated Original Empire Weapons particles to match the new culture.

  • OE difficulty now affects how many battle groups the crisis is spawned with.

    Vanilla: Imperial Armada = 6.8M using ZoFE Defines

    Hard: Imperial Armada + 3 Battle Groups = 62.9M using ZoFE Defines

  • Grand Admiral difficulty no longer affects auto-generated OE difficulty.
