Added the M1 Carbine (.30 Carbine) and M1 Carbine Magazine

Added .30 Carbine Bullet and .30 Carbine Bullet Box.

Added new models for existing and new magazines

Added New Fallschirmjager Beret

Added New Sandbox options:

- Can now stop the Spawning of .30-06 for B41 Compatability

- Can now stop the spawning of the Makarov and 9X18.
