Update 1.6

- Some minor code changes for Stellaris 3.6.*.
- The special black hole district adds now priests when you playas sprititualist-empire.
- Adjusted the stats of the "Stellar Devourers" civic.
- Using the "Become The Crisis" perk (Nemesis DLC) now spawns a new hyperlane that connects your cluster with the galaxy, when playing the "Extradimensionals" origin.
(hyperlane appears once level 4 or 5 is done + 1 year time after that)
- Overwritten Vanilla perks got updated.

MOD SHOULD ONLY BE PLAYED IN STELLARIS 3.6 OR NEWER!

- added planetary decision "Ignite Star" to Extradimensionals origin, so they can get more black holes to colonize
- adjusted costs of Aurora-Habitats - cheaper for Extradimensionals, because they have to pay more to ignite stars

Update 1.3

- fixed switched jobs of the colony designations foundry & factory
- new Aurora-Habitats spawn now with size 20 instead of 25
- ignited Stars (Stellar Devourers civic) do not keep their original deposits anymore
- added a situation-log entry that tells you which stars add which districts & modifiers (only available when playing the origins)
- added a situation-log entry for Stellar Devourers, to teach the player about eating stars and the consequences
- increased influence cost of Aurora-Habitats & added a small unity cost
- eating stars to gain pops (Stellar Devourers civic) has now a cooldown of 1 year instead of 2, but a higher cost (negative growth modifier after using still stays for 730)
- changed energy upkeep of Electroid pops from 1 to 1.5
- reduced cost "Ignite Star" decision, but cooldown is still 2 years
- added info to Extradimensionals origin that the player has to leave the cluster with FTL jumpdrives
- blocked now all remaining food & consumer goods related civics, because this species does not care about food or goods (causes also trouble with their unique districts)
- Electroid trait - pop growth on other planet types reduced by -90% (previously -75%)

Fixed "Nuclear Anthem"-civic colony speed (was -250% instead of -50%, "late night" typing error in code).
