UCF Update 1.1.0.
- Updated supported version to Stellaris 3.8.*.

Changes:
- All UCF Defense Armies are now spawned and limited by pops.
- Activated “Kill Triggers” for all UCF buildings and units.
- Introduced a “No” option for the UCF policies to avoid AI errors.
