you can now find loose .338 and mags for the mrad in the same loot tables as you find the awm and mrad

sniper rifles now use high velocity projectiles

awm/blizzard marksman magnum is for sale in the civillian firearms store, also found in federal and insurgent loot tables
mrad/mk33 asws can be found in unitan and protected colony rebel loot tables
