Version 1.2.0

The multiplayer side of this mod has been completely rewritten. Upon being punctured, tires will now be ejected off vehicles just like they do in singleplayer.
Again, just like in singleplayer, their durability will be severely reduced (-75), and they will be left empty.
Sadly, PZ takes considerable time to handle these commands in multiplayer, resulting in the vehicle being able to run for a considerable length before coming to a halt.

Tires will now be ejected one after the other in sequence, and a sound effect will play for each tire individually.
This seems to be a bit glitchy on singleplayer for some reason, but it works flawlessly on multiplayer.
For performance and compatibility reasons, the popping sound will only play for the driver.

The mod now runs much more efficiently as I have more experience with modding PZ than I did back then.
Also took the opportunity to take some dust off the old cover!
