This Vehicle is like a tank and some parts as windshield, windows, doors, engine and Hoot cant be Damaged and player can't be bit inside, the downside it's that all the rest of the parts can be damaged including wheels.( bullets will still hit you )
This vehicle only has 2 spawns in the map one is near the front door of Louisville Police Departament & Prison and the other one it's near the second gate of the Louisville Military Checkpoint (at the start of the refugee camp).
you may need thief perk or skills to hotwire them or you may be lucky and find key for them.

-Added ATF,U.S MARSHALLS and DEA Marked Crown vics and Jeepcherookee's.

-Removed FBI/NORMAL BOMB SQUAD Chevy Step Vans and FBI Unmarked vehicles from parking stall spawns, they will only spawn on police/junkyard vehicle spawns now.
-Removed all vehicles with interiors from the parking stall spawns they will only spawn on specific spawns (police,fire,ambulance & junkyard) in order to prevent them to spawn more than 25 times per game, causing issues with the interior submod.
-Only marked vehicles will spawn on random parking stalls, with the exception of the previously mentioned.

-Reduced the overall spawn chance of vehicle except for the vehicles removed from parkin stall spawn.
-Increased the spawn chance *a little* for the vehicles with interiors to compensante the removal of them from random parking stalls, Affected vehicles: 86 Bounder Hazardous Materials Unit,86 Econoliner Mobile Command Centers,
F 700 box Bomb Squad trucks, FEMA Truck and Jefferson County KY Sheriff's police Special Operations Group Command Truck. BOMB SQUAD Chevy Step Vans got a little buff too.
