Attempted fixes...

immortality duration changed from 35s to 15s
grigori time will now take longer if people in the match are spending lots of score
also, to buy girgori, you have to kill 5 hunters
you can be blind as grigori

reworked prop hunt shopitem
it doesn't break chameleon
you don't need to hold crouch, and terminators should spot propped players more fairly

found some bugs with the window navpatcher, should be even more reliable!

added new shopitem variable, canShowInShop
accepts a function, if defined, needs to return true to be displayed as a shop item

termhunt_purchase now autofills

fix bug + temporarily remove marathon runner

Fixed little issues with the bots

Everyone now has a radio by default.
Radio can be switched to channel 0 to turn it off.
