Additions:
-Overhaul of the Lobby UI by TEXT

-Added new console commands:
-slashco_add_survivor -NAME- (Assign any player as Survivor, expect things to break if you use it haphazardly)
-slashco_add_slasher -NAME- -ID- (Assign any player as a specific Slasher, might also break things)
-slashco_map_default [0, 1] (Allow the gamemode to roll ALL available maps, including the non-modified ones
found in the "SlashCo Compatible Maps" Collection)
-slashco_force_difficulty [0 - 4] (Have the gamemode force a certan difficulty. (0 - Random, 1 - EASY, 2 - NOVICE,
3 - INTERMEDIATE, 4 - HARD) )

-Removed the player count restriction for Spectator in the lobby.

Changes:
-Manspider and Borgmire were slightly buffed for Singularity Rounds.

-Minor Trollge buff (find out yourself)

Fixes:
-Fixed an ConCommand issue for hosted servers.

Fixed the gamebreaking chase bug for good.

-Fixed a lobby bug where a Lobby Restart wouldn't clear assigned players.

-Fixed Manspider's mechanics.

-Fixed a scoreboard bug which would make it stuck on the screen if the player data had not been loaded beforehand.

-Fixed a generator bug where its PhysicsObject would be physical while the mesh stayed in place.
