- Vault country modifiers will be updated when Archeology Districts or Astral Scar Observation Districts are built or destroyed.

- Fixed Planetary Alloys Mines and Orbital Alloy Mines won't swap mining drones to scrap ones.

- Changed job slots of Unity combined district zones.
- Fixed Environment Districts can creanup relentless_industrialists_var variable too much. 200 environmentalist Pops have subtracted 200 point!

Fixed basic resource modifier at Unity district specializations were district_planet_modifier, not planet_modifier. Yes 3 farming districts with Nature Garden district specialization had -99% modifier!

- Fixed wrong district subtitle is displayed on basic resource districts (both vanilla ones and ED ones). Now ED basic resource districts (like "Wind Park") don't have subtitle (so vanilla subtitles won't be displayed) and can't have district specialisations (so vanilla district subtitles won't be changed).
- Changed district specialisation slots of district_hab_alloys, from slot_minerals to slot_habitat_minerals.
- Disabled district specialisations slots of research advanced districts.
- Limited some district specialisations on housing, facility and combined districts, to prevent district subtitle issues.
- Changed Unity combined districts to Unity district specialisations.

- Fixed some district provide Scrap Miner job or gestalt variant (now they are swapped from miner jobs, not independent jobs).
- Fixed rural district (include vanilla ones) don't have district specialisation.

- Changed Archaeological Artifacts Vault feature, from building to country modifiers.

- Fixed Inner System Commercial districts is disabled when Planetary Diversity is enabled.

It will be the last update before Stellaris 4.0.

- Stripmine Planet decision now unlocked with 5+ Minerals districts (include ED ones).
- Habitat districts now can be built on PD domed colonies.
- Subterranean Exploratory Mines cannot be built if another one is under constructing.
- Introduced mod compatibility switch mechanism (borrowed from "! The Merger of Rules 3.14" mod) for Planetary Diversity. So "Extra Districts - PD compatch" submod is not required no longer.
