Improved some smoke fx's tinting and transparecy

- Removed smoker particle

- Visual tweak for Spitter's acid pool

- Added vaporwave fx to explosive/incendiary hit
- Various few tweaks with new materials

- Fixed Spitter fx missing texture
- Added acid heatwave and some additional detail to ground splatter
