Fixed the order of pages in the Exploitation Terminal.

Made alloys produced by Minor Colonies give IP to the host Major Colony of the system.

Construction ships now also add +25 Industrial Production Capacity.

Changed the names of various things in the Realdev UIs to hopefully make it more clear what goes where.

Made only Orbital Platforms count towards Orbital Cap while being built.

Made the Unyielding Finisher *actually* apply to the Orbital Defense Platform.

Removed Decision Speed from the modifier, since it doesn't make much sense, honestly. And breaks Terravores.

Construction Ships in orbit of a planet now provide +25 Industrial Production, limited to 1.

Fixed IP transfer between planet and country.

Made the Unyielding Tradition Finisher apply to the Orbital Defense Districts, providing 50% more platforms.

Made the Shattered Ring Shattered World colonizeable as a Minor Colony.

Added a tooltip to the Planet UI Industrial Production values explaining the formula behind how it is calculated.

Fixed the loc for Space Exploit's name in the Dynamic Mod Menu menu.

Fixed a discrepancy in wording.

Fixed an improper lockout on the Colonize Planet exploit decision, allowing you to do it multiple times.

Fixed scoping issues involving leaders.

Added a game start setting for the Realdev Planet Build Speed and Assembly adjustment. And a tooltip to give it some context. The default is down to -50% from -100%.

Added a thing so queueing an orbital district counts towards the orbital district cap.

Buffed the Industrial Production from Capital Buildings to 10 per level, from 5 per level.

Realdev now removes the build cap on megastructures, since it handles that anyway.

Changed the Amenities Industrial Production bonus to be a mult after all the other multipliers.

Added Countries having a IP stockpile, that is available to planets to take from. Added a toggle to planets to switch between giving and taking from the country.

Included a game start event with options to disable the individual components, and other options for each component.

Fixed a bunch of cases with triggers involving the Astro-Mining Bay.

Erudite pops are now on par with Synths and Psionic pops for producing Industrial Production.

Robust provides a bonus to Industrial Production.

The Enigmatic Intelligence trait now provides a bonus to Industrial Production.

Fixed the Colony Admin job not being affected by thrifty.

Fixed the Total Industrial Production value just going up and up.

Halved the build time of the Equipment Factory.

Fixed the Factory not providing any Industrial Production, since it is intended to replace pops.

Reduced the ratio between produced CGs/Alloys and Industrial Production. Instead of 10:1 and 5:1, respectively, it is now 6:1 and 3:1.

Gestalt Maintenance Drones now provide 1 Industrial Production each, to make up for not having trade value.

Collected Trade value now provides Industrial Production at a 20:1 ratio.

Fixed the Factory Advisor deciding to pop in and say hi, causing the game to crash for unspecified reasons. Hopefully.

Removed an Exploit decision that was disabled long ago.

Removed a lockout on start of game factory stuff if you're on the Shattered Ring, since I have implemented support for it.
