Temporarily changed Orbital Shipyards to give 10 Ship IP each if Realdev is active, a country modifier to ship build speed of 5% per district if not.

Properly limited who gets an autofab food module with the civic to those that actually use food.

Updated Autofab Civic and Origin descriptions to more clearly state what benefit you actually get.

Nerfed Orbital districts a bit. They now provide +2.5% Elevator upkeep, and +1 Alloys/Energy upkeep per district.

Halved the resource modifiers from all Orbital Districts(Except Refineries). You now need twice as many to get the same benefit.

Added a [?] button to the Autofab, Exploit, and Realdev UIs, that contains a tooltip providing some explanation of how that window works.

Fixed a missing brace that completely broke exploit.

Made 20% of Orbital District's cost scale with the numbver of Orbital districts (On the same planet). Having more makes future ones cost more. In the case of the Defense Platform, 20% of the base cost is scaled.

Readded missing on actions that made Exploit and Autofab just not do anything. Somehow they were deleted.

Fixed realdev giving IP to minor colonies when exploit is disabled.

Added a [?] button to the setting UI, that contains a tooltip providing some explanation of how that window works.

Added a tooltip to each module button in the game start settings menu, that gives a light overview of the mod, and mentions added entities and UI.

Fixed the Space Elevator not doing the scaling upkeep for all levels.

Reordered exploit stuff to reduce how much is happening at once. This appears to fix the massive lag.

Made occupied and blockaded planets not provide Industrial Production to the country that owns them.

Fixed a crash from Realdev.

Fixed the Autofab For All tooltip not showing up when it's off.

Fixed the tier 3 Elevator tech having itself as a prereq.

Fixed an instance of Exploit not triggering a loop event when it should.

Made game start settings disappear if that module isn't active.

Added a script function to force a minimum of 2 molten worlds in all starting systems, if exploit is active, since they are so good.

Fixed the last building on a planet being ruined if there are no open district slots.

Fixed an issue with Vanilla Swapping in that you couldn't change it.

Removed the Orbital Plaform decision.

Changed how Orbital districts are limited. Instead of being by planet size, which realistically makes little sense, the Elevator building now increases its upkeep by 0.5 Alloys and Energy for each orbital district. It is unlimited, provided you can pay for it.

Removed the base upkeep of the Orbital Platforms, except for the Orbital Defense Platform. It's special.

Added a 1% upkeep multiplier to the Elevator for each Orbital Platform.

Reduced the base upkeep cost of Space Elevators.

Removed the Exploit Spread setting.

Reworked how the Exploit queue is applied to be more consistent.

Optimized applying the Exploit queue somewhat.

Fixed a case where multiple Minor Colonies all building something at once would stop it from respecting the Minimum Stockpile.

Fixed the description of the Automatic Factory deposit.

Astro-Mining Bays are now unlocked if the planet has the Asteroid Belt or Extensive Moon System planet modifier.

Added missing icons for the Foreman(And Gestalt version), Colony Administrator(And Gestalt version), and Equipment Factory.

Fixed an issue with Molten Worlds and the Colonize Planet decision.

The planet building an Autofab module now counts as "building something" for Realdev, so it doesn't send the IP to the country when the Factory is trying to do stuff.

Converted the Autofab build speed affect to something more sensible to work with Realdev better. Due to this change, the Factory Expanding modifier is no longer able to have a countdown.

Added a missing trigger to the Colonize Planet decision.

Fixed Orbital Industry platforms giving CG output bonuses to empires that don't use CGs.

Fixed Habitats and the Astro Mining Bay stuff.

Having a Shattered World in the system now unlocks the Astro Mining Bay.

Fixed Commercial District TV bonus.

Changed the Commercial Platform to give a 5% TV and amenities bonus instead, so they scale like the other orbital districts do.

Changed City Platform to give 5% housing and amenities instead, so they scale like the other orbital districts do.

Moved Exploit AI settings over to the ROCI Game Start event.

Added a fancy Confirm button to the ROCI game start event.

Made the AI like building Equipment Factories. Hopefully.

Fixed a missing thing in the Foreman Effects.

Made the Space Elevator building give a Building Slot, to fix Origins that start with an extra building.

Fixed Platform deposits disappearing on the planet being terraformed.

Changed the Exploit UI to show planets that can be Colonized, not all planets in your territory.

Made the Exploit UI take into account Queued constructions for determining what is actually available.

Added loc to the Equipment Factory about what Foreman give.

Changed a game start trigger for autofab events to prevent firing on countries it shouldn't.

Fixed a crash when trying to use the Factory For All setting.

Updated Exploit decisions to not lock players out if the stockpile variable isn't high enough.

Added a blurb about requiring the Starbase Building to the Shipyard District description.

Changed it so when a planet is not building anything, Industrial Production will be sent to the country.
